Who doesn’t love sugar? When we’re little we crave it, when we are older we still want it! Plus, we get it in from so many different things it’s hard to keep away from it. Paleo people know that sugar is a no-no on the Paleo Diet. For those of you who don’t know the serous health risks that come with the sweet taste of sugar, I drew up 20!
